Your calculations

Basic and Pro calculation inputs and report history are processed and stored in your browser. Expert starts with browser storage and offers optional account storage described below. Calculator work is separate from the inquiry database. Importing a backup or logo reads the selected file in your browser. Exporting a report or backup creates a file that you control.

Local storage is specific to this browser and device. It is not a cloud backup or a secure client portal. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to view saved work. Clearing this site’s browser data removes locally stored work; it does not remove files you downloaded or information you submitted through the inquiry form. Export anything you need before clearing site data.

Optional Expert account storage

When you sign in with ChatGPT, the hosting service supplies a site-specific account identifier and your email address. The application uses that identifier to restrict access to your account records. Signing in alone does not upload existing browser work.

Choosing Save to account uploads your open Expert matters, scenario inputs and notes, payment and retained-support adjustments with their explanations, source references and review context, report settings, source entries, logos, and reusable templates. Each save retains a recovery version. New reports created while account storage is open upload their frozen inputs and generated PDF or report package. Existing browser report history is not uploaded automatically. Account records and files are stored using the site’s hosting database and object storage providers.

Account saves are explicit, rather than continuous synchronization. A separate browser recovery draft may retain unsaved edits on that device. Account storage is for an individual user; it does not provide a shared firm workspace or professional review. Anyone with access to your signed-in session or browser profile may be able to access saved work.

Account work and recovery versions do not automatically expire in this preview. Download backups and reports before removing them. You can remove an individual account report under Created versions, or delete all account matters, recovery versions, and reports under Account storage. Deleting account work does not remove separately downloaded files or the separate browser-only workspace. Provider operational records are governed by the providers’ retention practices.

Checklist requests and optional updates

Requesting the Buyout Preparation Checklist submits your email address and your optional choice about marketing email. We record the request time, checklist version, source page, submission identifier, and the wording and version of the request and consent. Calculator values, scenario names, and case details are not attached.

Requests are saved in our hosted database for authorized administrators. When connected, our HighLevel contact-management and email workflow receives these contact and preference records to fulfill checklist requests and provide updates only where you opted in. A checklist request alone does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize text messages. Download access is available immediately; an email is not required to retrieve the checklist.

You can ask us to stop updates or correct or delete a checklist record at contact@supportbuyout.com. Marketing emails, when enabled, will also provide an unsubscribe option. Checklist records do not automatically expire in this preview. We retain hashed request identifiers briefly to limit automated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the checklist database.

Information you submit

The professional inquiry form sends your entered information to the site. Depending on the inquiry, this includes your name, email, firm, professional role, requested service, party names and aliases, case identifiers, counsel, timing, and firm workflow or security requirements. The site also records a submission reference, timestamps, consent, and administrative review notes and status.

This information is stored in a hosted database for authorized administrators to review conflicts, assess scope, manage the inquiry, and respond. Hosting, database, and security service providers process information needed to operate those services. Submit only the requested information; do not add documents, account numbers, detailed financial records, minors’ names, or additional confidential case details.

Site operation and tracking

The hosting service receives connection information, including your IP address and browser request details, to deliver the site. Infrastructure providers may retain operational and security logs under their own policies. These requests are separate from calculator inputs.

The calculator uses browser storage to retain your work. The application does not include advertising trackers or cross-site analytics, and it does not change its behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal. Hosting and sign-in services may use their own session or security technologies. External links lead to websites with their own information-handling practices.

Retention and your choices

Browser-stored work remains until you clear it, your browser removes it, or you replace it. Closing a completed Pro scenario tab retains a saved copy in Expert → Manage matters → Previously saved work. Inquiry records are separate: the current preview does not automatically expire them.

To ask about access, correction, deletion, or retention of a submitted inquiry, email contact@supportbuyout.com with your submission reference, if available. Do not email sensitive case materials. Requests may require identity verification and consideration of applicable recordkeeping obligations. Clearing browser storage does not delete a submitted inquiry.
